FAQ

  • Do You Ship Outside of the UK?

Yes, I do. I send artwork via courier and prefer to do this through DPD or DHL. This way your art piece is insured and issued with a tracking number. Once you have purchased your artwork, I will get in touch with you to sort our delivery and costings to your country.

    Import Duty & Taxes

All import duty is charged to the customer when the work arrives at the Customs facility in your country. The Customs Office will normally get in touch with you to take payment.

  • Do you take Paypal?

Yes. You can pay for the artwork either by BACS, STRIPE or by Paypal - whichever is easier. If you make a purchase via my website, then payment will be via STRIPE. For BACS and PayPal payments, just let me know which piece you are interested in, and I will send you all the relevant details. As soon as payment is received the artwork will be made ready for shipping. You can contact me here:

  • Do you work to commission?

Yes I do, and you can find more information about this on my commissions page here.

  • What materials do you use?

Although I do work with pencil and pen on paper, I work mostly digitally and on Illustrator. I have chosen to print my art on a substrate called ChromaLuxe, which melds ink colours into the aluminium surface as opposed to onto it. This process is called sublimation and relies on intense heating. The result is an artwork that is extra durable that can last a lifetime, with many other qualities like being fade, flame and scratch resistant, lightweight, easy to clean and eco-friendly.

  • How do you clean the ChromaLuxe artwork?

Just use a lint-free cloth and any multi-purpose cleaner. Be sure to wipe the surface using the same direction.

  • Does the work come framed?

All my work is unframed as they look great as is, however, you can choose to frame the work if you wish. It is entirely up to personal preference. I can provide you with a separate quote for this or you can choose to take the piece to your framer of choice.

  • Will the work be ready to hang?

All ChromaLuxe pieces have a subframe attached to the back. These can easily be hung using a screw or two, depending on the size of the piece.

For drawings on paper and fine art prints, these will not be framed and be delivered either flat or in an art tube.

  • How do I look after my ChromaLuxe print?

All you need is a lint-free, glass cloth and any multi-purpose cleaning spray. As the surface finish is ‘aluminium gloss’ it requires a cloth that will not leave bits of fabric behind and is streak-free. The best way to clean the surface so there are no streaks is by maintaining one-directional movements.

  • Can I be kept up to date with your exhibitions and VIP offers?

Absolutely - just subscribe to my mailing list at the bottom of the page. It’s called ‘Drawing Music’.
