Prelude In C, Flow Edition

£25.00

Landscape orientation · High-resolution digital download · Includes Visual Listening Guide

Prelude in C is a note-by-note translation of Bach's opening prelude from The Well-Tempered Clavier (BWV 846) into colour. Every band you see is a single note. Every width is its duration. Every gradation of tone is its octave.

First created in 2020, the piece was shown at The Shard in London, featured in Estila magazine for interior designers, exhibited at the R Young Gallery in Woking, and the large format version sold after just a few weeks on the walls of The Town Hall Hotel in London.

This is the Flow Edition — designed for landscape display, where the music reads naturally from left to right, just as it does on the page.

Your download includes:

  • Prelude in C, Flow Edition (PNG, 300 DPI, A2 ready — also prints beautifully at A3 and A4)

  • A seven-page Visual Listening Guide — explaining the colour language, the rhythm system, and how to follow the artwork bar by bar as the music plays
